The Catalyst Recruiting Group www.catgroupinc.com is assisting a growing networking communications client to identify a seasoned director of sales for national accounts. This role will be responsible for developing and expanding business at the corporate level NOT a territory or sales manager role but a strategic business development at the national level. This position will be responsible for communication equipment/service sales at the enterprise level with the corporate entities of large businesses with a national presence. Although a “director” in title, this is an individual contributor role that will require substantial travel throughout the US.

Absolutely Required: Bachelors Degree. Quantifiable experience penetrating corporate head quarters of large companies selling advanced communication, satellite and transmission solutions. This will include value added consultative sales experience for network communication technologies at the hirer levels of management both B2B and government. RFP to contract negotiation.

They are offering a base salary close to six figures, and a very aggressive commission structure all the typical benefits and perks of a world class organization. This position is open due to growth in their business and they are looking for those executive level sales professionals that truly separate themselves from their peers. There is no relocation “package” per se being offered for this position.
