The Catalyst Recruiting Group www.catgroupinc.com is assisting a growing project management and network development company in their search for a Regional Operations Manager for the Washington, D.C. market. This role will be responsible for all all aspects of multi-million dollar P&L for this companies cabling business including project management level sales and operations.

Operations: Senior level Project Management, RFP’s, contracts, blueprints, project specifications, and system documentation is critical. This role will also have approval authority on project material and administrative expenditures including the management of all reports within the division.

Sales: Although this is mainly an operations role, there will be some sales support of new clients, development of proposals, technical and cost outlays and statements of work. Voice in the development and implementation of a strategic plan for key businesses in targeted vertical markets.

Absolutely Required-4 year degree. 10 years of progressive experience in telecommunication, building construction or “in building systems” type industries. A high level of operations management coupled with full operational P/L responsibility. A proven track record building relationships in the greater D.C. area. PM certification, BICSI certification, RCDD preferred.
