The Catalyst Group www.catgroupinc.com is targeting 2 Program Managers or Senior Project Managers for a growing medical device company located outside of Atlanta, GA. Our client is seeking Program Managers to lead diverse and innovative research and development programs from concept through commercialization to include business planning, pipeline coordination, prototype conception, design review, FMEA, project scheduling, manufacturing interface, pilot production, product transfer, etc. An emphasis will be placed on the candidate’s ability to serve as the technical expert and provide support for all development activities with a large emphasis on strong strategic / business development leadership in an individual contributor role with 2-3 direct reports.

REQUIRED: 4-year Technical Degree. 6+ years of Engineering experience with leadership in 3-5 major FDA-regulated medical device development programs through commercialization with definitive market success with a variety of product lines including surgical devices and polymer-based implantable disposables. Ability to learn quickly and manage unknowns. Extremely solid hands-on Engineering skills and knowledge of FDA Design Control. Background well-versed in KOL contact utilizing an entrepreneurial mindset. Supervisory responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications: MBA or equivalent experience; SAS or other statistical-based analysis programs.
