The Catalyst Recruiting Group www.catgroupinc.com is assisting a growing power transmission and distribution construction firm in their search for a Senior Director of Sales Power Transmission. The Senior Director of Power Transmission will have P&L sales responsibility for a region from Virginia to Maine and over to Ohio. This position will have oversight over business development and sales activities for the area with regional/corporate sales teams that focus on Wind Technology, Power Transmission & Distribution Markets. The operational responsibility for this role will be minimum but will work cross functionally with the senior operations director.

Executive Level Sales Responsibilities: RFP’s, proposal and contract development/negotiations project specifications at the highest levels within the power generation industry. P&L tracking and financial forecasting with a sales focus while working with all operations groups within this region.

Absolutely Required-20+ years in the power/electrical industry with at least 15 years in a sales management role with increasing responsibilities.
