In the commercial automotive industry, our client is known for it’s ground breaking technologies and systems innovations. The Sr. Systems Engineer this position you will develop electrical systems for commercial vehicles. This will include development from conception through implementation for advanced braking, driver assistance and vehicle electronics. This role will work cross functionally pulling from different departments in the organization while supporting customers both domestic and internationally. The thrust of this role will be to develop and maintain system requirements using MKS software architecture and developing product specification and system specification using a top down approach. This position will develop system requirements for several electronic component systems. Define, organize and implement system requirements work shops with software, control function and system test engineers teams.

ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED: BSME OR BSEE Experience in automotive embedded systems. MKS or DOORS Basic working expertise in C Familiar with simulation and development tools (like Matlab/Simulink, HiL / SiL). The ability to travel. Real time systems for vehicle control. Development of micro controller based systems (vehicle electronics). Very good knowledge of vehicle dynamics principles.
